A discounted room rate is available until October 10th by calling the front desk at (304) 765-5055. A double bed room is $101.95 and a king room is $109.95 (both rooms plus taxes and fees). Please mention "WVACD" when booking. A complimentary buffet breakfast is included in all room reservations. Please note that the restaurant is otherwise closed during our stay. The discounted rate is available for check-in on Sunday, October 20-check-out on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

The WV Conservation Awards and Recognition Luncheon will be held at noon on Tuesday, October 22nd in the conference center. Registration information and payment should be sent to Terry Hudson, WVCAC Secretary/Treasurer at:

Awards and Recognition Luncheon

The annual awards and recognition luncheon allows everyone to celebrate the wonderful work and partnership that has occurred over the past year in conservation.

We all gather together to partake in fellowship, friendly competition, and honoring each other. The awards luncheon will begin at 12 noon on Tuesday, October 22 in the ballroom of the Days Inn Hotel Conference Center. Pre-registration is required. The discounted room code is also available for this luncheon for those who stay Monday night.

Full registration for partners, conservation district supervisors, and staff is $140. Guests of those previously listed or award winners register at a cost of $40.

Committee Meeting Information

The Sunday evening meetings will utilize the same call-in information and will be on a rolling schedule (each meeting will automatically begin as the previous finishes).
